Service at Levigo Engineering is managed by a well qualified team and is backed up by adequate stock of necessary spares.

Service has always been of highest importance in Levigo Engineering. Our service persons are well trained and experienced and are able to solve any problems that may arise. Further in case of any technical intervention required from Costa Italy it is available to the end customer through us as our persons can directly interact with the technical department at Italy as and when required. Our service persons have been with us for over 5 years and by now they are also well experienced in our customer’s applications and are able to provide solutions to their needs.

Further our customer friendly service head is always available for any telephonic assistance to the customers. It has been our experience that about 50 % of the service calls are resolved over phone / email and in about 15% of the cases we are able to send the necessary spare to the customer and assist them on phone to replace them. For any general service requirement we have our sales and service partners – M/s Woodtech’s service team located at various strategic locations all over India who can reach the customer’s facility at short notice.


Spare Parts

Availability of spare parts in ready stock has been a major support to our customers as they are available at short time to them. Our experience has helped us to compile and stock most of the regularly required consumables, wear and tear and spare parts. Moreover being a manufacturing unit we are always well stocked of the required spares.
